You can opt for a size exchange, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery payments, you will need to provide an IBAN for the refund.

Return Conditions:

• Returned products must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and placed in their original packaging or similar, well-sealed packaging.
• They must not show signs of wear, odors, or alterations.
• Non-compliant returns will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.
