ENNIO SCAUZILLO
Ennio is a “master optician” with over fifty years of experience in the world of optics. His passion and expertise stem from a family legacy: he is the son of Carlo, who opened the first shop in Ariano Irpino in 1948. And with Ennio, the story evolved to the development of four stores.
He obtained his optician qualification at the prestigious optics school in Vinci, in the province of Florence, and in 2018 he earned the official title of Master Optician in Florence.
Renowned for his professionalism, kindness, and sensitivity, Ennio is often sought after for personalized consultations and delicate optical solutions.
His curiosity has always driven him to discover artisanal brands and independent brands, Italian, French, and international, selecting unique and refined models.
Outside the workshop, he passionately cultivates a love for vintage cars, craftsmanship in the broadest sense, and nature, elements that reflect his taste for beauty, authenticity, and attention to detail.

CARLA SCAUZILLO
Carla is an optician with refined taste and a creative spirit, capable of combining technical expertise with artistic sensibility in every aspect of her work.
After qualifying as an optician at the Nobel Institute in Naples, she chose to complement her family's tradition with a personal journey rich in art and culture: she holds a PhD in History of Cinema and Theatre from the University of Naples “L’Orientale”.
Her passion for theatre, cinema, fashion, and travel is fully reflected in the way she guides clients in choosing their eyewear, with the same care and attention she would use to select an exclusive item of clothing for herself.
For Carla, each frame tells a story and becomes a detail capable of expressing personality, style, and emotion. Her natural elegance and keen eye for harmonious forms make every consultation a unique experience, where vision intertwines with aesthetics and creativity.

ANDREA SCAUZILLO
Andrea is a passionate and inquisitive optician, who grew up among lenses, frames, and a love for a craft passed down from generation to generation. After earning his qualification at the historic Vinci School of Optics, he decided to carry on the family tradition with an eye toward the future.
At Più Ottica stores, he conducts visual screenings and eye exams, using state-of-the-art instruments that allow for 100% accurate and precise analysis, always with great attention to each customer's needs.
Alongside his passion for his work, Andrea has always cultivated a deep interest in fashion, watches, and travel, which allows him to discover innovative trends and brands in the world of eyewear and design. His curiosity leads him to select original collections that combine aesthetics, comfort, and personality.
With his dynamic style and enthusiasm, Andrea represents the continuity and evolution of a name that, for over seventy years, has been synonymous with quality and passion for optics.

FRANCESCO FESTA
Francesco is the Head of E-commerce and Online Customer Support for the stores, where he combines technical skills and communicative sensitivity to offer a digital experience curated in every detail.
For over ten years, he has worked in the optical sector, dealing with marketing and web-marketing, with particular attention to the development of identity and the enhancement of independent brands, whose values of authenticity and creativity he shares.
However, his background originates from the academic world: a historian by training, he obtained a PhD in Contemporary History from the University of Naples "L'Orientale." This cultural root fuels his way of presenting brands and products, intertwining aesthetics, narration, and identity.
Passionate about reading and writing, Francesco publishes essays and articles and, when time permits, even a few books. He loves to travel, observe, and dream — because for him, as for the eyewear he represents, looking far ahead is always the first step to truly seeing.

With over twenty-five years of experience in the optical industry, Alessandra D'Ambrosio is a key figure at our Grottaminarda store.
Her extensive presence in the sector has allowed her to develop solid technical skills and a natural attention to customer needs, offering precise professional support focused on visual well-being every day.
Passionate about music, she dedicated many years to studying singing, cultivating sensitivity and attention to detail.
She also loves walking, an activity that allows her to maintain balance and gather inspiration, elements that she finds and brings with her into her daily work.
Daniele Modano
A qualified optician and optometrist since 2019, Daniele works in our Ariano Irpino store, where he combines technical skills with attention to customers' visual needs.
His approach is precise and oriented towards service quality, with particular care in personalized consultation.
In his free time, he pursues various passions, including motorcycling, DIY, supporting the Palermo football team, and archery, activities that reflect his practical spirit, concentration, desire to stand out, and taste for precision.

Antonio Piemonte entered the optical sector in 1992 as a laboratory technician.
In 1997, he moved to obtain his optician's qualification and consolidate his training at various companies, and managed a retail outlet for over fifteen years.
Four and a half years ago, he returned to Avellino, where he applies his experience and professionalism to serve our customers at Più Ottica.
Passionate about sports and motors, in his free time he loves to dedicate himself to dancing, which he considers a way to combine technique and passion - just like in his daily work.
Antonella Scognamiglio
A certified optician for about ten years, Antonella Scognamiglio has transformed her passion for eyewear fashion into a profession that combines aesthetics and technical expertise.
In our store in Avellino, she uses her talent to identify the perfect eyewear for each face, combining charm and comfort.
A lover of travel, she finds inspiration in learning about new cultures and trends, which daily enrich her vision of the world and her work.

A graduate of 1994, the year she also began her professional journey in the world of optics, Rosaria Capozzi boasts thirty years of experience in the sector and a profound dedication to customer relations.
Today, she brings her expertise and sensitivity to our customers at the Naples store, located in the charming Piazza degli Artisti, with the same passion that has accompanied her since the beginning.
In her free time, she enjoys Latin dancing, practices Pilates for personal well-being, and dedicates her time to travel, her greatest source of inspiration.

With almost forty years of experience in the sector, Antonella Garofalo is one of the reference professionals in our Naples store. Più Ottica was founded in the 1950s in Ariano Irpino as a small optics and photography shop. Thanks to the insight of Ennio Scauzillo, the second generation, the business decided to focus exclusively on optics, becoming a benchmark for vision care in Irpinia and beyond.
