To request warranty service, please contact customer service, who will provide precise instructions on how to proceed, depending on the brand. All products on the site are new and authentic; they come with instruction manuals, warranty certificates, and original packaging.

You will be constantly informed about the shipment's progress via email directly from the courier.

For Calabria and the Islands, an additional 24 hours should be allowed.

Return and Refund Policy
Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem! We're here to help. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can opt for a size exchange, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery payments, you will need to provide an IBAN for the refund.

Return Conditions:

• Returned products must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and placed in their original packaging or similar, well-sealed packaging.
• They must not show signs of wear, odors, or alterations.
• Non-compliant returns will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.
  

Più Ottica may refuse returns that do not meet our criteria. In such cases, the products will remain in our warehouses until collected by the customer.

Costs and Processing Times:

• Shipping for returns or exchanges is at the customer's expense and is processed within 4/5 business days.
• Refunds are processed after verifying the returned item, generally within 10 business days. Original shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.
