 Biofinity XR Toric contact lenses are monthly contact lenses for astigmatism correction with a wide range of combinations and dioptres from -10.00 to +10.00 and cylinder up to -5.75. They are suitable for uninterrupted use for up to 7 days and 6 consecutive nights. Before use, it is advisable to consult a specialist.

All products are covered by the official 24-month warranty. To request warranty service, please contact customer service, who will provide precise instructions on how to proceed, depending on the brand. All products on the website are new and authentic; they come with instruction manuals, warranty certificates, and original packaging.

We accept online payments via:
- Credit or Debit Cards (MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, VISA);
- PayPal including 3 installments;
- Cash on Delivery;
- Klarna.

Order and receive in just 24/48 business hours.
We offer free shipping throughout Italy via GLS or Bartolini courier.
Shipments are prepared within 24 hours of the order and usually arrive within one business day.

Orders placed between Friday after 4:00 PM and Sunday, or on public holidays, will be processed starting from Monday, or the next working day.

You will be constantly informed about the shipment's movement via email from the courier itself.

For Calabria and the Islands, an additional 24 hours should be factored in.

Possible Delays: During sales, promotions, or holidays, order processing times and shipments may experience delays. Our team is always available to assist you in these cases.

N.B. Couriers do not operate on weekends and public holidays.

Return and Refund Policy
Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem! We're here to help. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can opt for a size exchange, a store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery payments, you will need to provide an IBAN for the refund.

Return Conditions:

• Returned products must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and placed in the original packaging or a similar, well-sealed package.
• They must not show signs of wear, odors, or alterations.
• Non-compliant returns will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
  

Più Ottica may refuse returns that do not meet our criteria. In such cases, the products will remain in our warehouses until collected by the customer.

• Return details and desired refund type: store credit or refund.
  

Costs and Processing Times:

• Shipping for returns or exchanges is at the customer's expense and is processed within 4/5 business days.
• Refunds are processed after verifying the return, generally within 10 business days. Original shipping costs and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.
